Repair,Striping Furniture

When we collect furniture back to our factory. We will have to check on their joints.if the chair are already repair before,chances of taking all the joint apart removing the old glue is necessary for the new glue to work.Some time we might need to leave it over night for the Glue or Epoxy to dry.Testing the joint on the second day is necessary if the first time don’t work.Striping is not necessary if staining to existing color.Changing from dark color to light color striping will be needed.Striping process, Paint remover is use if the client want to change the furniture into the original stage.Pre-caution is taken as this paint remover are acidly,mask is need too as the smell will actually scar our lungs.I usually not willing to take the job if the items are to large to strip.

After striping the chair we will leave it overnight for drying. Second process is sanding process is needed again to take off the rough surface.Third process will be a trade secret.After the third process.Forth process we will stain the furniture to what ever color the client wants. Then vanish the furniture.Wax is apply on rose wood or teak furniture to protect it from insects.At the same time polish to shine it.Sometime if client not willing to paid the stripping cost,painting them white is also an options.We can paint it white, making it look modern.
